Organic whole heirloom turkeys are slow cooked, pulled by hand and tossed with veggies in a turkey gravy, baked in our flaky homemade butter crust. Gravy made with housemate turkey stock.

Turkeys from local small family farm using regenerative farming methods. Happy turkeys forage daily on pasture for grubs and worms and such, with their guardian Anatolian shepherd on watch!

Whole fully cooked pie serves 6, available from our freezer.
