Homemade all butter crust, tomatoes, mayonnaise, cheddar & Monterey Jack cheeses baked together make a great side or main dish.

We use only fresh local tomatoes, often heirloom tomatoes, and hand grated cheeses, and Hellmans mayonnaise.

Simple yet delicious!
