We hand grate our cheeses- white cheddar,mozzarella & Monterey Jack cheeses, add roasted jalapeno & red peppers & the perfect blend of spices & garlic, mayonaise & a dab of Dijon mustard.

Makes a great dip, a yummy grilled cheese or goes perfect in scrambled eggs!
