Chuck & sirloin roasts, stew beef & other cuts of local grass fed beef are slow cooked, shredded by hand and tossed with the veggies in gravy made with beef stock, baked in our house made cheese & butter crust.
Whole fully cooked pie sold from our freezer, often available fresh. Serves 6.
